How long is a therapy session?

Your circumstance and assessment will determine your session lengths and how often you meet. This may be adjusted as our work goes on and needs change.

We start with standard 90-minute sessions for the first phase of treatment. This time structure allows us to reach impactful change milestones rapidly, create space for deep flow state work, and build a lasting foundation. We meet weekly until your goals are met. As you reach key goals, we will gradually step down to 50-minute sessions.

Every client's journey is unique, so adjustments are made based on your specific circumstance.

On average, our clients complete therapy after 28 sessions of weekly therapy. Client typically work on 4 major issues throughout treatment and start to see change within the first month or two of treatment.
